We are currently seeking an HR Data Analyst to join our growing HR People Analytics team. This role serves the entire HR function and is involved with the most critical and innovative operational, business, and people analytics initiatives. The People Analytics team's important and growing role is to provide "Business Intelligence" to the HR function, with a special focus on process optimization and our employee experience. We develop and implement methodologies to identify trends, support data-driven decision-making, and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives. We work closely with HR leadership, business partners, and IT professionals to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights. Position Highlights:
