Ultrasound Technologist II - Per Diem

Position Highlights:

• Main Location: Elmhurst Memorial Hospital

• Floating Locations: Center for Health (Elmhurst), Lombard, Hinsdale or Oak Park

• Full Time/Part Time: PRN/Per Diem

• Hours: 8 hour shifts with varying start times. 12pm - 8:30pm, 1:30pm to 10pm, or 2pm - 10:30pm.

• Weekend Hours: Must provide at least 3 available shifts per month. Saturday or Sunday shifts are 2pm - 10:30pm

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Certified or proof of eligibility for certification (i.e., letter of eligibility issued by accredited school) by ARRT (S)(American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Sonography) or ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography)

• Must be certified and currently registered as RDMS (OB or AB), RT(S), RT (VS), RVT, or RVS within twenty-four months of eligibility or 6 months of start date into position.

Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association

• A minimum of an Associate's Degree or higher

• Vascular experience

• Breast experience

• General Abdomen experience

• OB/GYN experience

• MSK experience

• Pediatric experience
