Business Line Manager - Continuous Connected Processes

Mission:

As Business Line Manager for ISRA Surface Vision, as a part of Atlas Copco, you will have full Profit & Loss responsibility for your location. As Business Line Manager for the Machine Vision Solutions (MVS) Division's Connected Continuous Processes (CCP) business line, you will be dedicated and coach a successful team by a creative vision and the capability to achieve results. To lead the CCP Business Line, we are looking for someone with the capability to further grow this advanced and successful business. You will report directly to the General Manager based in Plymouth, MI and dotted line report to our Vice President of our Global CCP Business Line.

Your role



  • You will oversee the CCP business line sales and business development policies, goals, and financials.
  • You and your team will develop and strengthen CCP market position, concerning account coverage, key account personnel allocation, product positioning, and launches.
  • Develop the sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue our goals for the CCP business line.
  • You will implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • You will assess new customers and analyze potential business opportunities.
  • Develop proposals for new business opportunities.
  • You will coach the local CCP sales organization, based in the United States.
  • Ensure the best use of organization's resources by defining and planning the CCP strategic and long-range goals.
  • Sales channel development to include direct sales and distribution sales.
  • You will manage the P&L and be responsible for overall sales financial improvements.
  • Ensuring departmental goals are met using an employee-centric philosophy to achieve these goals.
  • Accomplish goals by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements for your sales team.
  • You will manage the performance of the sales team, offering support to team members when needed.



To succeed you need



  • Four-year bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • More than five years' supervisory experience in sales management.
  • Experience motivating a sales organization.
  • Experience working within an international matrix-organization.
  • Previous experience with consultative or solutions sales approach.
  • Previous experience managing profit and loss for a sales organization.
