Your role

Mission:

Blend creativity with data-driven insights to engage customers and improve the Atlas Copco IAS CC. Responsible for developing and executing creative marketing plans and projects that drive measurable business growth while playing an important role in shaping and accomplishing the digital content strategy for IAS US. You will report to the Director of Marketing for our Auburn Hills Customer Center.

Job Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns including content development, project management, measurement and insights.
  • Produce, edit, and proofread all content for websites, blogs, social media platforms and other digital channels.
  • Ensure content aligns with IAS's marketing goals in the US and Globally.
  • Evaluate all new requests and provide recommendations.
  • Lead creative strategy and design to deliver all marketing brand content and materials.
  • Support development of new marketing processes and business integration to improve business productivity and quality.
  • Design and deliver regional and local marketing promotions and events.
  • Research and stay current on relevant marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Responsible for the daily content updates to Atlas Copco internal and external websites using Adobe Experience Manager and other software to create and publish new content.
  • Create and post social content through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy,, and consistency of all work requests.
  • Develop, proof, and edit content for articles, podcasts, presentations, reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Support New Product Launches with planning, brainstorming, photos and videos of products preparing for marketing materials, project files and communication distribution.
  • Provide social media coverage for external events, hackathons, tradeshows and industry events.
  • Oversee primary creative tools and digital support including Showpad, Internal TV Monitors and group Share point sites.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


To succeed, you need

  • Bachelor's in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English
  • 5+ years Marketing and Creative Development experience
  • Experience working within diverse teams using agile methodologies.
  • Experience is creating marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Experience tracking digital marketing campaign success through, Google Analytics, or analytic tools.
  • Experience creating catalogs and brochures using Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience with photography / videography.
  • Experience in administrating promotional giveaways program preferred.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro and Digital Publishing Suite experience.
  • Adobe Experience Manager experience.
