We are looking for a Fixed Price Services Administrator to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.

Your role

Your mission as a Fixed Price Services Administrator is to contribute to the successful development of the business and its Fixed Price Services strategy by implementing operational processes and managing and following up on execution and performance of work orders. You will manage the operational aspects of our Service strategy, overseeing the process from entry to execution for the whole of the Quincy operation in the USA. The Service Administrator is an important position for our Service organization. You will report to the Parts and Programs manager.




  • You will create, maintain, and ensure invoicing and execution of Fix Price Services for all direct regions.
  • You will generate and manage the work orders, ordering and tracking parts, following up with customers and the invoicing process.
  • You will identify and implement improvements to the Fix Price Service administration process and procedures.
  • You will upkeep Fixed Price Services current with necessary changes to its scope and execution.
  • You will audit the Fix Price Service process for discrepancies and inefficiencies, later providing or implementing the right course of preventive and correct actions.
  • You will support and follow up with internal and external planners, sales teams and operation managers in the various regions as to new Fix Price Services, entry, maintenance and execution.
  • You will contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to internal and external customer.
  • You will perform all aspects of the role in accordance to policies and procedures and other duties related to the operational responsibility, efficiency and development of the business.
  • You will contribute and actively participate in team meetings and discussions.



To succeed, you need


  • You have a Bachelor's degree (desirable), in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization.
  • You have 2 years relevant related experience.
  • You have experience with SAP (strong advantage).
  • You can work independently with detail orientation and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • You can balance multiple priorities.
  • You have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • You have a valid driver's license.
  • You are
  • customer-oriented, able to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly.
  • You can show a good level of empathy while enforcing company policies and strategic directions.
  • You are organized while demonstrating flexibility in daily work.
