Job Title Business Control Officer, Trust and Agency Services Corporate Title Vice President Location Santa Ana, CA Overview The Business Control team works closely with the Trust & Agency Services (TAS) Business and partners to coordinate new initiatives and provide a Governance framework against which the Business operates on an ongoing basis. As the Business Control Officer, you will support the maintenance and implementation of the risk management framework driving adoption of operating control ownership by the Business stakeholders. TAS Business Control Unit partner with key 2nd Line of Defense teams and supporting functions globally to ensure effective implementation of the risk management framework. You will provide the necessary leadership for the TAS to identify, monitor, and manage key non-financial risks facing the Business facilitating delivery of TAS' strategic priorities. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in California is $125,000 to $203,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
