Why This Role is Important to Us:
The Lead Product Owner, as part of the Business Solutions Team, acts as the foremost IT subject-matter-expert for the product(s) supported, understanding the complete technical stack, including platform configuration, end-to-end integration, business rules, underlying databases, and software releases. The Lead Product Owner will be responsible for leading and driving the product strategy, which includes envisioning, building, executing, and maintaining the product roadmap. The Lead Product owner will create and establish the transformation portfolio's overall goals, and function as the application technical lead in strategic projects as needed across all products in the portfolio. In this role, you will join a collaborative team that operates at a fast pace to solve problems and build a better future for our members and business stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Healthcare Claims Strong knowledge of healthcare claims systems and data, including payment integrity, pricing, editing, encounter submission, and risk adjustment Cloud Computing Technologies Knowledge of cloud computing technologies such as AWS and MS Azure. Agile and Project Management Tools & Methodologies including SCRUM, SAFE, Kanban, Jira, MS Project 3rd Party Vendor Integration Understanding of integration technologies and implementation strategies, including vendor management and contracting. Systems Analysis and SQL Ability to analyze application functionality including use of underlying data structures Adaptability/ Flexibility Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
