Help Desk Technician (Part-Time) - Secret Clearance

As a Help Desk Technician, you will:

A week in the life of a Help Desk Technician:

• Support Members with problems concerning the ASM program.
• Assist users with CAC card registration.
• Transfer members ASM accounts from one Command to another, either via PCS or TAD.
• Process users ASM Training Jacket request for those who no longer has access to ASM, and send to the user via DoD Safe.
• Release of personnel from ASM units which include ZZNON ASM, ZZRetired, and ZZSeparated, so that they may be checked into their newly assigned commands.
• Assist users with ASM pin and password resets, and reactivation of the users ASM accounts.
• ASM Helpdesk tickets are entered and tracked via JIRA, which assigns a ticket number to the requestor for tracking / follow up.

• High School Diploma
• Active Secret clearance

5+ years of experience in:

• Technical Writing in a DOD Environment
