Job Description

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a IT Enterprise Project Manager who possesses a Top Secret SCI clearance, PMP or DAWIA PM Level II Certification and experience working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) to join our team at Peterson Space Force Base.

A week in the life of an IT Enterprise Project Manager:



  • Directly support the government lead and provides day-to-day planning and oversight for the customer's data centers, networks, telecommunications infrastructure, servers, systems, services, and applications.
  • Work closely with the customer's IT leadership representatives and the contractor IT workforce to provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. Schedule, de-conflict, and coordinate activities along with task/project efforts, and emergency changes in order to minimize production systems and service downtime.
  • Be responsible for the full range of matters pertaining to all assured information systems under the customer's cognizance.
  • Maintain an overall health and status awareness of all assigned resources and projects through effective and flexible resource and task management.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings with the applicable contractor IT workforce to review operational status and planned work for the day; provide applicable updates to customer leadership as required.
  • Supports the continuous improvement program for IT and develops recommendations for idea, process, and technology improvement to overall IT management.

Job Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance and be SAP eligible,Willingness to obtain a CI Poly may be required to maintain employment in contract option years.
  • 5 - 7 Years Experience Supporting enterprise IT Operations
  • 3-5 years Project Management in IT Project Management Professional C(PMP) certification or possess a DAWIA PM Level II certification
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+ CE, GSEC, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, CND, SSCP)
  • or DoD 8570 IAM Level II Information Assurance Manager Level II (e.g. CISSP, CASP+ CE, CISM, GSLC, CCISO) <

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
