Site Lead - TS/SCI

We are looking for a Site Lead with 15 years of experience in a supervisory capacity to join our team in Alexandria, VA to provide professional and technical support to Assault Breaker II.

As a Site Lead, you will:

• Plan, develop, and execute major research, engineering, and development efforts in support of Assault Breaker II.

Week in the life of a Site Lead:

• Establish strong working relationships with OUSD(R&E) staff as well as organization leadership
• Track all staff efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems
• Identify and resolve administrative and contractual issues related to support services
• Demonstrate creativity, foresight, initiative, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems

• BS in any discipline with management training courses
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• At least 15 years of experience in a supervisory capacity

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
