Requisition Summary The Service Diagnostics Technician/Technical Writer will work on a team responsible for developing repair instructional documentation, validating repair procedures, and developing standard repair times (SRT's) to support new product implementations and sustaining product support. Content produced supports the Kenworth dealer network and improves serviceability of our product while reducing PACCAR's long term warranty repair costs. The Technician/Technical Writer will manage multiple work requests while balancing competing priorities to complete assigned tasks. The salary range for the Service Diagnostic Technician/Technical Writer is $75,100 - $112,300 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
