HR Technology Operational Effectiveness Intern

What You'll Do:

You'll learn on the job through a series of functional and market-based project assignments, specifically aligned to your area of study and career aspirations. Here's a peek at the experiences that await you:

  • Identify areas for process improvement within the HR technology space within platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, knowledge management, telephony, chatbots, digital adoption platform and emerging AI solutions.
  • Understanding of digital experience and self-service concepts.
  • Building relationships and interacting with cross-functional teams, internal and external customers and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to better understand their challenges and identify how we can leverage technology or process redesign to assist in improving the employee experience.
  • Managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analyzing business processes, multiple subsets of data and problem solving. Writing business requirements where needed.

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor's in Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields.

  • An effective communicator with strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online research.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

USD 21.06 - 31.63 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
