Business Development Manager - West CoastLocation :West CoastUnited States Mission: Manage network of compressor and industrial distribution accounts across the West Coastregion of the USA.Work closely with all areas of the customers business to maintain or position nano as a key supplier to their Primary Responsibilities: Product Sales and Territory Development - Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers inassigned area. Continuously prospecting key accounts, engineering firms, distributors, resellers, OEMs and
Reporting- Prepare monthly reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up,and performance against sales goals. Report immediately to management any special developments,information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service,pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments. Maintain customer base, sales activities,quotations, and leads on a daily basis. Personal Development - Take personal responsibility for your own career development by updatingjob knowledge (for both products and sales/marketing strategies and skills) by participating in educationalopportunities; reading professional publications; networking; and participating in professional organizations.Utilize the Global Business Portal, Internal Job Market database, Competence Portal and engage in othercompetence development activities to continually work towards personal growth and career development. Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, andcustomer-oriented image to customers. Perform all duties in accordance with nano standards, while always striving to understand the needsand expectations of the customer. Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintaincommunications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
