Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Manage delivery efforts across the Trade Surveillance space Engage in detailed planning of both work and funding across the Trade Surveillance portfolio, as well as develop and provide regular reporting to senior management in the Technology, Compliance, and Front-Line teams Report to the senior delivery lead for Trade Surveillance Requirements: 15-20 years of Project and Program Manager experience, with experience in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies 10-15 years' experience in Technology Project/Program Management working for banks or investment firms Capital Markets experience Experience creating and managing projects in Microsoft Project Expertise using Jira to manage and report on Scrum projects Experience presenting team accomplishments and project updates to various levels of management Experience with intake and resource planning Experience with Actimize Case Manager or other trade surveillance systems Pay Range: $55.15 - $63.15 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
