Job Summary Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, and working closely with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the, Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Leader will be focused on infusing DEIB into all programs and activities, including practices related to hiring, developing and promoting talent. This role will define TrueBlue's overall DEIB strategy and oversee essential practices and programs related to DEIB in the workforce, workplace and marketplace, bringing thought leadership, a compelling vision for success and continuing best practices in the DEIB space. This position will develop, lead and amplify TrueBlue's work around all aspects of DEIB, partnering with key stakeholders, including Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Communications. The salary for this position is anticipated to range from $140,000 - $180,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
