The Business Analyst role represents an opportunity to participate in a wide array of responsibilities that will have a meaningful impact on PACCAR's future success. Requisition Summary
The PACCAR Corporate Development team is responsible for mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, investor relations, sustainability, and the PACCAR Foundation. The Corporate Development Business Analyst is a generalist role with the opportunity to contribute in each of these areas. In strategic planning and acquisitions, the Business Analyst tracks developments at PACCAR's competitors, researches growth opportunities, strategic initiatives and potential acquisition targets, and prepares periodic industry and economic reports for PACCAR senior executives. The Business Analyst also provides support to PACCAR investor relations by identifying trends in equity research reports about PACCAR, analyzing interactions with investors, and performing targeting analysis to identify new investors. Many investors are interested in PACCAR's sustainability strategy, and this role may support these efforts as well. The PACCAR Foundation is the company's charitable giving function. The Business Analyst will participate in the administration of foundation grant requests, interact with nonprofits, and assist in the preparation for Foundation Board of Directors meetings.
