Manufacturing Description
Summary The Weld Robotic Operator is an operator who is responsible for maintaining the robot, selecting the programs, checking the tcp, loading fixtures, and parts. They will also need to be able to weld any defects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Reasoning Ability Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills to pull up and view blueprints and view and claim shop orders. Will need to be able to operator the robot by using the software of the machine. Other Skills

The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the manufacturing environment such as steel toe shoes, eye protection and welding arc protection such as gloves and fire resistance clothing. |
