About this opportunity: Summer 2025 Intern Location - Plano, TX Ericsson Inc. does not sponsor US work authorization for this job position including H-1B, O-1, L-1 and TN. Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on EAD for this position. The Technical Solution Sales Support supports the KAM organization with product and solution expertise on different levels in pre-sales, design, and delivery of customer projects across our North America Business Development team. This team is responsible for driving all interactions with our customers for technology presales and sales, design, and product development to ensure successful delivery and full customer satisfaction. Our Technology Solution Team acts as an important link between the customers and Ericsson's Product, System, and Network development organizations, ensuring that all aspects of technical solution definition, development, and delivery are completed. This role requires a deep, technical understanding of our Ericsson portfolio, with a focus on 5G networks, as well as our US Government customers What you will do:
