Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our energetic and dynamic marketing team. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven marketer who can support the Director of Marketing and PeopleManagement Team in driving our overall customer and prospect marketing strategy including campaigns, social media, events and more. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media marketing as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position will support all customer and prospect marketing efforts for Staff Management | SMX and SIMOS and will report to the Director of Marketing. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities will enable you to help drive the PeopleManagement brands forward. Job Responsibilities:

The salary for this position is anticipated to range from $65,000 - $97,100 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
