This Individual will work with the team on implementation of server delivery services using standard tools to automate provisioning and configuration management. This position will also work to ensure all operational patches and baseline levels are maintained across all various platforms. This includes server infrastructure at the ETDC as well as in our BCC and Field locations. This individual will participate in Project implementation as well as business Continuity solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform Server Delivery asset lifecycle, CMDB Server CI's, and inventory management from ordering to disposal, including annual server refresh requirements, lot sale coordination and site audits. * Ensure server builds and datacenter installation standards are clearly documented and adhered to. * Maintain as-is server rack layout documentation including floor grid, power, network connectivity, and inventory documentation as well a work plans and to-be documentation for approved changes. * Provide performance and capacity reporting. * Compile server infrastructure reporting for annual support renewal and licensing true-up exercises. * Operate and maintain server information in SolarWinds VMAN and Configuration Management as well as Asset Mgmt and IPAM * Enhance automation and configuration mgmt. following coding standards and tools for server builds and integration activities. * Delivery of IT service Mgmt to ensure the timely delivery and resolution of incidents and problems. * On-Call 24/7 rotation for emergencies or operational assistance.
