Logistics Manager

Valiant Integrated Services is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Logistics Manager to provide support to the Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) Maintenance Program (ATMP). ATMP is the next worldwide, integrated training systems maintenance and sustainment contract for the Army's Training Aids, Devices, Simulators & Simulations (TADSS), Instrumentation Systems (ISs) and Live-Fire Ranges.

Essential job functions include but are not limited to:

• Provide logistic coordination between Prime and Sites.
• Coordinate inventory / inspections / accountability of GFP at sites
• Provide guidance and training on entering and submit entries in the Management Information System (MIS) for supplies, equipment and services required to support all TADSS.
• Oversees shipping, receiving, packaging, and storage of items in stock locations in accordance with Government and contract guidelines.
• Assist in providing oversight of all Government and contractor property, tools and test equipment on operational status.
• Work with minimal supervision, documenting inventory and shipment of property and work orders via local and web- based reporting system, providing system functional briefings to team, customer and management team.
• Perform logistic support requirements such as research, and equipment and spare part inventories.
• Provides logistics guidance and work leadership in accordance with contract requirements and work processes.
• Coordinate Pcard purchases
• Prepare reports as required.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience commensurate to job position
• Must be proficient in the use of MS and MIS Applications
• Must be able to obtain/maintain an active/valid US Secret security clearance.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and Post driving privileges.
• Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, and be adaptable in a high paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistical management or related field.
