Senior Analyst - Finance Accounting Property Record

Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage the Power Plan, Oracle EBS and Unifier systems, troubleshoot all issues which arise. Track kick outs and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide systems education and training to Property Record personnel and external customers on the Power Plan and Unifier systems
• Perform Project Management tasks, including leading system upgrade of Power Plan, Oracle, Unifier, and other related work management systems which interface to the Property Record systems
• Work with Power Plan, Oracle, outside consultants, internal business users, and other IT resources to identify potential solutions to system issues, define both functional and technical requirements associated with proposed modifications and analyze data used in the preparation of system enhancements for the application.
• Prepare and/or review and document detailed functional design for system modifications/enhancements.
• Perform admin functions in the Power Plan, Oracle and Unifier systems
• Provide daily production support for Property Record systems
• Maintain Sharepoint sites and assist with CARP
• Manage all Microsoft forms developed for Property Record
• As required, direct or indirect supervision of Band 1H and weekly internal support staff.
• As required, manage and direct activities of outside contractor personnel.
• May perform other related assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline and 2 years' or
• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline and 3 years'

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline and 5 years'

• Minimum five years of experience with accounting systems Required
• Candidate must have skills and knowledge in a multi-organization environment in at least two accounting systems, Oracle, Power Plan, ARCS, SAP, Blackline, etc. Required
• Ability to write and execute system queries utilizing of Structured Quality Language (SQL). Required
• Knowledge of other reporting software for analysis, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle BI, etc Required

• Driver's License Required

• Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
• Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
