Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Work closely with our engineering, product, and architecture teams to create high-quality content that supports implementing product changes and complying to MRA guidance Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements Supports resource planning for delivery and execution Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards Capable of working on system vulnerabilities with existing team and other teams to resolve within required timeframes Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, white papers, and best practices for our public cloud and hybrid cloud solutions Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to gather information and understand the functionalities and intricacies of our cloud offerings Create and manage a library of technical documentation and ensure it is kept current with the latest product releases and updates Simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience, ranging from technical experts to non-technical users Work with cross functional teams to produce engaging content that highlights the benefits and features of our cloud solutions Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing to continuously improve our documentation processes and content Requirements: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the cloud computing domain Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud architectures Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), BMC Remedy and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong background in financial service industry Passion for technology and a talent for translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or related field Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
