Genesis10 is seeking a Pet Boutique Salon Manager for a full-time, permanent position in Cumming, GA. We are seeking a skilled and experienced store manager to join our team! This role requires the availability to work Wednesdays to Fridays from 10 AM to 6 PM and some Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM. No work on Sundays or major holidays. Flexible scheduling is available. Pet Boutique Manager Responsibilities include: Overseeing pet safety, customer experience, operations, financial outcomes, and human resources in this role. Managing customer service by overseeing daily store operations, assisting customers in finding the right products and services for their pets, ensuring customer satisfaction with grooming services, and upholding the store's reputation. Ensuring animal care by maintaining the cleanliness of the salon and boutique, practicing safe pet handling, and ensuring the safety and well-being of pets in the salon at all times. Managing the salon by coordinating grooming appointments, scheduling, optimizing grooming capacity, and monitoring salon inventory. Pet Boutique Manager Qualifications: Experience in retail management: Look for candidates with a proven track record of managing a retail store, preferably in a customer-focused environment. Passion for pets: A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent care and service to pets and their owners. Strong leadership skills: The ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth operations in the boutique. Excellent customer service skills: The manager should be able to interact with customers, address their needs and concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Organizational skills: The ability to manage inventory, schedule appointments, and oversee day-to-day operations efficiently. Knowledge of pet products and services: Familiarity with pet care products, grooming services, dog walking services, and pet nutrition. Flexibility and adaptability: The ability to handle unexpected situations, adapt to changing circumstances, and make quick decisions when needed. Valued skills: Interest in pet nutrition or a certified pet nutritionist Proficient and using square point-of-sale machines One to three years working in a pet retail store Pay: Hourly - depending on factors such as experience and qualifications, the average hourly rate ranges from $15 to $25 per hour.
