Functions/Responsibilities:

Responsible for the pulling, packing and shipping of orders for truck and parcel, requiring the preparation of shipping documents in SAP, labeling for label on demand products, and proper labeling of hazardous materials.

• Pick, pack, ship orders for Truck, Fed-X / UPS Ground and Air
• Preparation of shipping documents in SAP
• Product labeling for label on demand items
• Compile and send C of A forms when required
• Complete shippers declaration of D/G, prepare D/G B.O.L.'s
• Complete shippers letter of instructions, pro-forma invoices
• Stock up / stock organization
• Load and unload trucks
• Fed-X manifesting using FED-X Ship Manager
• UPS manifesting using UPS World Ship system
• Keep work area clean and supplies stocked
• Adhere to all company quality, environmental, departmental and safety policies
• Eventually participate in cross-training of other departmental duties

Requirements:

• 2 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to operate sit down and stand-up Forklift
• Computer literate; experience with SAP a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+
• Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Prior hazardous or D/G (dangerous goods) experience a plus
• Knowledge of FED-X Ship Manager system a plus
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.

Education:

• High School or equivalent
