Strategic Partnership Director
About the role

The Strategic Partnership Manager will be relied on to continue strengthening our current partner ecosystem, sourcing new partnership opportunities, and coordinating between internal teams to enable streamlined processes, enablement, and success.

The successful candidate is not shy about seeking out new connections or asking for introductions. They maintain a large network by getting to know the needs and strengths of their partners and should be able to sniff out valuable opportunities and act fast to foster new relationships.

In addition, the successful candidate will be experienced building, maintaining, and growing strategic business relationships. Strategic Partnerships can involve multiple functions and expertise (sales, account management, technology, marketing). In this role, you will work towards achieving Akkodis Revenue and GP$ growth, Client Retention, and Lead Generation goals.

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for building strong relationships by being a proactive, responsive, strategic resource for Akkodis.
  • Responsible for generating inbound leads for New Business team
  • Be the key point of contact and partner for each assigned Strategic Partner.
  • Drive market presence, account growth, and channel capacity
  • Craft and present clear, persuasive briefing to strategic partners on Akkodis offerings
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new/existing partners and ensure we are front-of-mind when new opportunities arise.
  • Recognize and seize opportunities with existing clients, by building relationships with key industry partners.
  • Prepare and present business reviews about program (macro) performances and gaps to SLT within an agreed upon frequency.
  • Be knowledgeable in our partners' product, company and industry.
  • Lead or support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in sales, Account Management or client relationship management driven roles with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
  • Experience influencing teams.
  • Consulting or Contingent Workforce experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear demonstratable strategies that lead to positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen, understanding of our business, the client's business, with a heightened sense of good judgment.
  • Strong planning abilities.
  • Action-orientated and consultative approach to be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to be able to communicate effectively with leadership, client and partnership stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills and presentation development skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $77,544 - $142,164. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
