We are seeking an experienced and personable Senior Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for administering, processing, and maintaining TrueBlue employee benefits programs. Reporting to the Benefits Manager, this position will act as a liaison between vendors and employees. They will function as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members around them, and continuously work to improve processes for employees enterprise wide. Please note that we are only considering candidates within the West Coast region of the United States or candidates that are comfortable working Pacific Standard Time business hours. The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $72,000 - $80,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
