Cardiac Sonographer - Encinitas - Bonus Eligible

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period), 8-hour varied shifts (mainly later shift,10:00 am start), must have flexibility throughout the week, weekends, holidays, and participate in call rotation. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas.

The Cardiology department is a collaborative team both with the sonographers and cardiologists. Education is at the forefront and we create a positive learning environment. We currently have 5 Philips Epiq machines and perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

* Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)

* Must remain in original department/specialty

* Must remain in original Job Title

* Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

• ARDMS or CCI
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• RDCS or RCS
• 1-2 years of experience
