The Systems Specialist position provides liaison role for Warranty systems and other business entities (ISD, Engineering, Quality, Factory, Japan) for system enhancements. The position performs review, coordinate, and update system processes, controls, and compliance functions and work with business units for creating/submitting RSS for system enhancements. In addition, the Systems Specialist also communicate any warranty-related system modifications, enhancements, and discrepancies to affected Users and Programmers while working closely with the Campaign Administration Group, Factory and Honda Motors to resolve campaign and system issues and discrepancies. Lastly, this position support and identify system related issues by working with Claims Processing group for dealer reported issues. At Honda, our associates take pride in their responsibilities.
