We're seeking an experienced Performance & Improvement Manager with expertise in change management and communication strategies. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will implement key simplification initiatives and cultural transformations across the Group Function, aiming to position Ericsson as a modern workplace that employees take pride in. Your primary responsibilities will include driving change through an end-to-end approach and developing effective communication strategies to promote awareness and support adoption of these changes.
