Within the next decade, NASA, as well as governments and commercial entities around the world aim to establish a new lunar economy for sustainable exploration on the Moon. High bandwidth, reliable connectivity and communications are a crucial component in making this ambition a reality. Future missions that require HD video, robotics, sensing applications, telemetry, biometrics, and astronaut to astronaut voice communications will need the advanced capabilities that cellular networks enable.
