Deployment Coordinator

Provide entry level project coordination to a wide variety of large and complex projects to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope and schedule. This role will assist either a deployment manager or the deployment leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and excellence

• Assist the deployment manager in managing and scheduling all inbound shipments, integration and outbound shipments required to integrate and deploy IT products

• Creates reporting and SLA tracking, analyzing data, books meetings, and documents meeting minutes to send to the deployment manager

• Assist the deployment manager in coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to track and coordinate large, high visible, and complex project rollouts

• Provide and present updates weekly on all active projects to project manager

• Pro-actively identify problems and swiftly implement effective solutions.

• What you'll need to succeed

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in project/deployment management, logistics or business management or minimum of three (3) years of experience project/deployment or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project

• Demonstrated ability to do in-depth research and provide solutions

• Ability to effectively interact with peers, internal and external stakeholders and management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• SAP experience

• CAPM Certification
