Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level Part-Time Payroll Office Administrator for its Los Angeles operations based in Anaheim, CA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

    Maintain and transmit weekly certified payroll to customers.
  • Create maintained certified payroll files, as well as assist in accounts payable.
  • New employee paperwork.
  • Branch filing; both paper and electronic (personnel files).
  • Assist and provide support to Project Managers and Estimators as needed.
  • Respond to incoming callers with excellent customer service skills.

Pay Rate: $20-$25

This position is safety-sensitive.



Requirements

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of payroll administration experience.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
