We're seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our growing organization. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Human Resources department at our Ivyland, Pennsylvania location. We are looking for someone that can lead, manage, facilitate, connect, and build relationships with our plant personnel and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding:

  • Lead the recruitment process for hourly employees, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain staffing plan that is agile to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and job postings.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Support conflict resolution efforts, provide coaching and facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Lead investigations, summarize findings and determine appropriate resolution.
  • Promote a positive work environment by driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist managers with performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain performance documentation and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

Compliance & Policy Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer company policies and procedures and ensure they are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs to support development, both for individual contributors and people leaders.
  • Identify training needs and support continuous development initiatives.
  • Provide site support for talent development processes, including performance review process, goal setting, development planning and talent review.

Total Rewards:

  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Support payroll administration by verifying employee timekeeping records and assisting with payroll inquiries.
  • Lead local wage survey process for production employees and assist with merit process for office employees.

Health & Safety:

  • Collaborate with the EHS to ensure a safe working environment, adherence to safety regulations and manage workers compensation claims.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR (or related) experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience with Workday
  • Certification from a recognized HR organization (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
