As a Senior Program Manager at Nokia, you will be a key player in our Standards Portfolio and Program management team within Nokia Standards. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a global team of highly experienced program managers, enabling collaboration in a high-performance program structure. In this role, you will be responsible for leading programs within the Nokia Standards organization's portfolio. You will ensure that program objectives align with business needs, resources are properly allocated, and stakeholder management and task prioritization are effectively executed. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the success of the mobile cellular industry, especially in the development of 6G technology. Specifically, you will focus on US spectrum allocation, regulation, and related spectrum sharing technologies for the new 6G bands (e.g. 7-15 GHz). Your work will involve the development of advanced spectrum sharing methods, testing, and influencing regulators and standardization bodies with the results achieved.
