Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Supervisor Title: Production Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Review batch tickets - Read, understand and follow

* Gather and weigh ingredients (scale operation); combine ingredients in designated sequence

* Provide samples to lab; preliminary quality checks

* Pack product into designated containers

* Ingredient traceability

* Report near miss incidents and improvement

* Equipment cleaning; plant cleaning and waste disposal

* Forklift operation; labeling containers

* Tub washer

* Stock rotation (minimizing partial containers)

* SAP inventory look-up; SAP CORK duties; SAP Cycle count duties

* Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training

* Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position

* Stays updated on all applicable

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Or Pass the IST Test

* Knowledge of MS Office

* Repeatedly lifting 55 lbs

* Stand for long periods of time

* Experience with forklift

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE:

* Comprehension of SAP

* Industry experience with batch manufacturing

* 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

* Variable Shift - Noon - 8:30pm with possible OT
