Job Summary Our Payroll Manager will oversee all payroll services for our permanent staff that service our associates and customers. We operate in all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The Manager will provide guidance to our Payroll team and manage relationships with important third party service providers. The position will lead a team of 2 in North America and is supported by a team of 2 in our Gurgaon, India office. This team processes biweekly payroll for 3,500 employees in Canada, US, and Puerto Rico using the Oracle HCM payroll module. This position reports to the Director, Payroll Strategy and Systems. While the team is predominated located in Tacoma, Washington, this position is available to remote work environments. This position works closely with finance and operational leadership to evaluate and implement payroll solutions to minimize risk and maximize the profitability of the organization. The salary for this position is anticipated to range from $92,000 - $115,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
