Your Job

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be a key member of the INVISTA IT Architecture team, focusing on Collaboration technologies, Microsoft Office365, and Microsoft Power Platform. This role will also manage organizational change for large IT initiatives, often involving Office 365, PCs, or Mobile devices.

What You Will Do

Technology:

  • Develop, communicate, and lead the configuration, testing, and evaluation of new technologies for collaboration
  • Provide expert guidance and support on collaboration technology to end users
  • Manage licenses and costs within the collaboration space to maximize value
  • Partner with KGS to deliver Teams room/video conferencing technology for INVISTA
  • Organize, promote, and conduct training sessions for collaboration tools
  • Create rollout plans based on successful pilots for company-wide implementation

Organizational Change Management:

  • Participate in the Koch Technology Change Network and ensure INVISTA IT leaders are informed of upcoming changes and represent INVISTA's needs and concerns
  • Own and implement project/initiative OCM plans for INVISTA
  • Coordinate communications, training, and licensing for upcoming changes
  • Work with INVISTA corporate communications and compliance leaders to ensure minimal disruption during changes
  • Act as a Change BSA, providing consultation and leadership to ongoing IT projects

Citizen Development Oversight:

  • Oversee and promote citizen development initiatives using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot
  • Provide guidance and support to employees developing their own applications and automations
  • Develop and implement best practices for citizen development to ensure security, compliance, and scalability
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of citizen-developed solutions on business processes and productivity

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in implementing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Copilot and providing training and support on these tools
  • Led or managed multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience as a change management agent in projects or initiatives, with responsibilities like communications coordination, training sessions or stakeholder engagement
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Certification in Microsoft technologies
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and governance
  • Demonstrates collaboration experience in the evaluation and proposal of new technologies
