Description

BASIC PURPOSE The Lead Maintenance Technician will perform on-going facility maintenance and complete repairs on equipment, physical structures of the building and ground maintenance. This position will provide direction and supervision of the Building Attendants to include a schedule of daily janitorial responsibilities, as well as teach necessary skills for optimal efficiency and safety. In working with the Building Maintenance Manager, the Lead Maintenance Technician will assist with scheduling and completion of preventative maintenance, routine walks of the facility to identify repairs, damage and potential safety hazards, as well as apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems. The Lead Maintenance Technician reports to the Building Maintenance Manager and Center Director. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
