Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in our FL-Deerfield Beach location.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Operations in developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing textile materials
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety procedures and operate equipment correctly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment, complying with all industry regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity
  • Assist in reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance
  • Resolve inventory, order, or shipment issues

Your Shift:

  • 1st shift

You Must Have:

  • Experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in the textile industry
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Experience in the textile print industry
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience with 5S or Kaizen methodologies
