SAP Performance Test Lead (Remote) Location: Beaverton - OR Required Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Requirements: * Java, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Load Runner, JMeter, Scala, Tableau, Worksoft, QC, Rest Assured, Cucumber, Selenium, SoapUI, New Relic, Web Service (REST, SOAP), Web Page Test, Wiremock, NodeJS, NighwatchJS, SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA, Postman, TestNG, Log4J, Jenkins, VersionOne, IntelliJ, Github, Maven, Confluence, LA CISA, Neoload, JavaScript * Integration experience between test management and automation tool would be added advantage. * Knowledge of supply chain management processes and their automation. * Proficient in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and database integration (MS SQL/Oracle). * Solid experience and knowledge on Performance Engineering and Service Virtualization concept * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach. * Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members. Roles and Responsibilities This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing automation strategies that improve our testing processes within the S4 HANA/ HTTP WEB application ecosystem. You will lead projects focused on creating reusable frameworks and enhancing collaboration across teams, ensuring we deliver high-quality automation solutions. Design and implement automation frameworks that integrate with S4 HANA GUI, Rest APIs, Fiori applications, Web applications, and various supply chain processes, including Order to Cash. Establish standard practices and develop and implement the end-to-end automation testing framework with reusable components that serve as a foundation for automation testing, enhancing team efficiency and integrate with CICD pipelines Experience with various programming language like Python, JavaScript, Java to develop test automation scripts Hands on Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS / Azure) platforms Experience with developing web application in JAVA/ Java Script and REST/SOAP API development using spring boot Implement service virtualization using CA LISA/Wire mock to reduce the dependency on third party application Create performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter and Neoload to identify the performance bottlenecks in the applications and understand the performance engineering concepts Use monitoring tools like New Relic/Splunk/ Dynatrace to track application performance, implementing alerts to improve incident response and system reliability. Create comprehensive test strategies and documentation for functional teams, focusing on automation benefits and project ROI. Mentored team members in automation best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration with teams. Collaborate within team to draft testing strategy document that can be shared with capability teams. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 11/06/2024. The annual salary for this position is between [$53,477 - $104,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
