Overview Patient Experience Coordinator - Global Patient Services The Patient Experience Coordinator identifies and organizes aspects of need for non-local patients and families traveling to Nationwide Children's Hospital and provides back-up to the International Patient Coordinator on an ongoing basis. Primary areas of responsibility include proactive contact and completion of logistical details, creating and maintaining relationships internally and externally, developing and implementing initiatives around patient experience and patient satisfaction, and collaborating with the Financial Coordinator on benefit verification. Schedule: (Full-Time, Benefits Eligible) (Hybrid Schedule) Location: Central Campus

Responsibilities * Facilitates the patient & family experience through exploration of available services, patient satisfaction surveys, multi-disciplinary collaboration, marketing materials, and various face to face activities and hospital tours. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, healthcare administration, hospitality management or a related field.
