Our Company Use your expertise in solutions engineering to drive the next growth stage at Adobe. This senior position will be an individual contributor on the team focused on implementing technology solutions that drive business and customer growth. This role will use Adobe's Digital Experience suite of products/services, including large-scale data infrastructure, machine learning models, and a powerful personalization platform that delivers new capabilities for both Creative and Document cloud. As the leader of solutions engineering, you will have significant responsibility and influence the future of data platforms at Adobe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing talent and an ability to partner with product and growth teams to architect solutions that last the test of time. What you will do
Certification (any type) in at least one of the following:
History in designing and implement customer data platforms and experience with: orchestration/offer decisioning tools, tag management systems and data collection, visitor identification methods, etc. Able to explain the differences between online and offline data collections methods (along with data storage and manipulation techniques), differences between DMP, DSP and CDP solutions, data ingestion methods and customer identity graphs Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
