- Work collaboratively with solution architects, business analysts, project managers, and technical leads to design solutions for different back office processes
- Develop and present solution alternatives along with recommendations to business stakeholders, executives, and senior management
- Recommend best mix of standard functionality, configuration and custom development, interfacing applications and third party vendor solutions to meet business requirements and project objectives
- Help project delivery team with what cross commits need to do from ideation to launch
- Work with one or more of our backoffice vendor systems to determine technical requirements and documentation
- Identify functional issues and risks and develop/recommend mitigation strategies
- Configure systems solution and develop functional specifications when needed based on business requirements
- Documents new builds and transitions to production support team
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
- 3+ years of experience in IS/IT or Financial Security Reference Data systems
- Be able to research and document current technical state of systems end-to-end through talking with users, other tech teams, and documentation
- Strong systems and process analysis and documentation skills
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- College degree or sufficient related work experience
Nice-to-have
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or quantitative / analytical field
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience with project development process of baselining and managing changes
- Experience with financial/wealth management industry
- Experience with financial security reference data
