Our Company As a pivotal member of the team, you'll have the unique chance to be the central link between Marketing Ops and the Global Marketing Organization (GMO), driving the execution and coordination of marketing efforts across multiple regions and categories. You will not only track and manage the full spectrum of marketing campaigns, from flagship global initiatives to more localized efforts but also shape the future of our marketing strategy by providing critical performance insights that influence budget decisions and strategic direction. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and ensure that their strategic vision is seamlessly completed. You'll also ensure rigorous review processes are followed, creating alignment between teams and facilitating collaboration to optimize marketing efforts. As part of this role, you'll help drive operational efficiency, becoming a trusted partner for the outbound PMMs as they refine, influence, and approve key marketing initiatives in conjunction with GMO. Your contributions will have a direct impact on how we market products globally, while also streamlining our processes for better efficiency and cross-functional alignment. Additionally, you will review marketing presentations and messaging, acting as a thought partner with PMMs to refine the message and narrative for an executive audience prior to leadership review, ensuring the content is impactful and well-prepared while pressure testing where needed. This comprehensive support will not only enhance marketing effectiveness but also contribute significantly to the overall success of campaigns across the creative business. What You'll Do
