The Nurse Recruiter will work within Human Resources and in collaboration with the Dept. of Nursing,  plans and provides full life cycle recruitment of registered nurses, graduate nurses, and other clinically prepared candidates from notice of vacancy to new employee orientation. 

  • Development of effective recruiting processes to meet recruitment goals that include planning, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, candidate assessments, extending employment offers, and new employee orientation transitioning. 
  • Participation in retention efforts for nurses and other clinical staff.

 

Hours:

  • Full Time, 40hrs per week
  • M-F, 8:30a - 5p

 

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, nursing recruitment preferred
  • Associates in Nursing, BSN preferred
  • Previous experience as a clinical nurse
