 The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing will develop, manage, and lead kCura's Global Partner Marketing efforts.  This individual will work across sales, marketing, and customer success to develop an executable partner marketing program for our channel of Litigation Support Service Providers, Global Consulting firms, and large ISVs that build solutions on the Relativity platform. This seasoned partner marketer will help kCura implement account-based marketing plans and create a program that allows partners to co-market and co-sell in a sustainable and effective way. This position will work cross-functionally to build and execute a repeatable and predictable channel communication plan and will work with the broader marketing team to execute with supporting content and event support. 

  • Work closely with Channel Sales to develop a strategy and to innovate, manage and measure our global partner marketing program and execute marketing plans.
  • Manage and evolve our partner marketing development fund program while maintaining the current budget tracking against utilization. Track and share program results and business impact to minimize marketing costs and optimize channel performance and results.
  • Create and support our ISV community through scalable marketing programs.
  • Participate in the planning, creation, and execution of account-based partner marketing plans.
  • Champion the go-to-market effort for/with partners through close engagement with the kCura Channel Sales team and our channel partners.
  • Create Go-To-Market partner programs that may include branded joint marketing and/or involvement in partner campaigns to build our community and that of our partners.
  • Work with the Sales team and partners to promote Relativity as the leader in cloud-based e-discovery.
  • Work with Sales leadership to ensure our partner program complements existing sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to align marketing and partner programs with tech support reporting and team services.
  • Assure sales enablement of partners, which includes harvesting resources across kCura for partners. Activities could include: sales training, partner-specific conferences and events, newsletters, webinars, partner community portal, and technical product documentation.
  • Represent and champion the marketing needs of our partners within kCura.

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in partner marketing required.

  • 2+ years experience managing a small team
  • Experience in the legal/e-discovery market required.
  • BA/BS degree required; BS in Marketing preferred.
  • Well-rounded partner marketing background, including experience in product marketing, marketing communications, and field marketing.


    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the legal/e-discovery market preferred.
  • Strong strategic and management skills coupled with "roll-up your sleeves and get it done" approach.
  • Strong people skills, using a collaborative work style.
  • Able to work in a diverse selling environment involving internal sales and external partners.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and geographically dispersed, independent people.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with outstanding ability to communicate ideas to senior executive leadership.
  • Experience developing and running a partner marketing program at scale.
  • Experience in working closely with a sales organization.
  • Experience working with large, multi-national technology companies as an ISV or SI, for example Microsoft, (please use the apply button below), EY, KPMG, etc.
  • Approximately 40% travel expected to spend time in the field and to support key events.
