Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Communication and Branding, you will be responsible for the creation and production of creative and innovative campaign assets used in integrated marketing campaigns to support the execution of the VES marketing strategy for delivering enterprise grade products and services to achieve competitive advantage.

Based on input from key stakeholders, execution subject matter experts and our marketing calendar, you develop campaign and project execution briefings which lay out the creative strategy, program flows, production and execution timelines for campaigns, events and product launches for your assigned business area. You will be responsible to manage the briefing process to ensure all needed information for a smooth production and execution has been provided. You will create a holistic asset development plan and roadmap. You will manage production of all assets ensuring that the brand guidelines and appropriate market messaging for the respective audience are applied consistently.

Your responsibilities include furthermore:

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Analyst and Public Relations, Web, Events, Demand Gen, Social Media, Thought Leadership and other teams to develop campaign and production briefs and prioritize asset production for campaigns, events, product launches, and other tactics.

Translate marketing and business objectives into an annual MarCom plan, specifying required goals, key messages, deliverables, vehicles and projects

Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings, update calls and other methods to keep key stakeholder up to date on production status and progress. Establish project plans, obtain stakeholder approval, manage legal reviews and deliver final files for publishing and execution.

Recommend the most effective communication vehicles and the most impactful set of assets. Reuse and repurpose existing content and assets where possible and identify the most appropriate production resources ensuring budgets are used in the most efficient way.

Ensure assets are produced based on VES brand guidelines and existing templates to ensure brand standards are met.

Manage asset production through internal and external resources including on-going production planning and quality assurance.

Maintain asset library and ensure regular updates. Track and measure outputs against established metrics and success indicators. Monitor asset usage and implement appropriate actions based on trends, age of asset etc.

Stay up to date with latest trends and innovation on content and asset types and program approaches to ensure the most efficient and innovative assets are used.


You are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times and assumes accountability and responsibility for all assigned projects. You work well with stakeholders of all levels under strict deadlines with the demonstrated ability to negotiate win-win solutions across global work streams. You work effectively in team configurations to foster collaboration, respect but also translate needs into effective marketing plans. You are experienced in providing creative direction, multi-tasking and triaging priorities in a rapidly changing environment and have the proven ability to allocate resources to effectively meet priorities. You have the proven ability to develop plans to support strategic goals.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, marketing communications, or creative services.
  • Experience managing creative agencies and the agency briefing process.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field of study.
  • Six or more years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing communications, creative services.
  • Experience producing marketing assets to support impactful marketing campaigns and sales at each stage of the customer buy cycle.
  • Strong project management skills preferable in marketing or agency settings.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated use of effective B2B marketing communications principles and strategies.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Aptitude for networking and developing cross functional relationships.
  • High level of creative and design skills.
  • Experience developing, managing and executing results-driven integrated marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing agencies.
