As a part of our continued growth, we are searching for a new LPN Supervisor to join our team

Primary Responsibilities:

This LPN Supervisor will work in the Southwest Medical Gastroenterology department and will provide supervision to ateam of 9
Responsible for ensuring smooth daily clinical operations for the departments at a specific site
This LPN will assist with managing incoming referrals
Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance of clinical staff to maintain quality delivery of care, promote smooth patient flow and provider satisfaction
Ensure proper staffing for clinical support and PAR levels for drugs, immunizations and supplies
Teach and mentor clinical staff to ensure proper training and professional development
Use data and reports to determine issues affecting clinic operations, and makes suggestions for improvements to address variances
Work collaboratively with operations staff on site staff to ensure seamless operations from front to back of clinic
Ensure staff and operations meet audits and regulatory compliance
Support strategic goals and implements new programs as required
Manage time requests, FMLA and leaves and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained
Follow standard protocols, processes, and policies to include but not limited to the following: Medication Refill, Preventative Services, Managing Conditions, and Disease Case Management as signed by department head or designee
Work collaboratively with RN managers, the team Leads, Division chiefs and the operational staff at the site

Required Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse with active unrestricted license in the State of Nevada
CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire
IV certification or willing to obtain upon hire
2+ years of clinical nursing
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent phone etiquette
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of prior supervisory experience
