The Senior Sales Operations Specialist manages support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include Salesforce management and data governance, reporting, quota input and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales ops team talent. Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.


  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's data.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
  • Recommends and acts on revisions to existing reports and technology.
  • Creates and analyzes sales forecasts.
  • Reinforces sales team utilization of Salesforce and other key systems of record.
  • Proactively identifies and facilitates opportunities for continuous sales process improvement.
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Coordinates training delivery to sales team members.
  • Supports sales force quotas and incentive programs.
  • Partners with Accounting, Finance, IT and Human Resources as needed.
  • Mentor and collaborates sales operations team members.
  • Areas that this role would be likely accountable for:

    o Sales process improvements and reinforcement
    o Ownership of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization
    o Accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness
    o Implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives
    o Achievement of sales driven KI and strategic initiatives for kCura
    o Support of bookings and ARR goals at kCura
    o Contract support (as needed)

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in B2B sales operations roles
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a customized Salesforce environment
  • Analytical drive and ability to gather requirements for technical and process driven needs
  • Proven ability to develop effective sales reporting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deep work ethic
  • Strong sense of ownership and dedication to quality in work
  • Collaborative by nature

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year managing a team of at least 1-2 directly
  • Experience working in a B2B software environment
  • Experience working with channel and direct sales teams
  • Experience working with remote sales teams
  • Deep understanding of pipeline analytics and sales process
  • Resilient through change
